ReviewMyMover is dedicated exclusively to the moving industry: moving businesses operating as carriers, brokers, or both. We collect reviews about moving companies and moving services only, including moving-company reviews hosted on general review platforms. We do not collect unrelated business or product reviews.
Tell the story of your move.
Share what happened during your own experience with the company. Helpful details include the move size, pickup and delivery states, communication, packing, timing, and how the company handled concerns. Explain both what went well and what could have been better.
Keep it factual and respectful.
Describe the events you experienced and distinguish your opinion from a claim of fact. Avoid profanity, harassment, threats, discriminatory remarks, spam, and unrelated content. Do not post reviews on behalf of another customer or create duplicate reviews to change a company’s rating.
Protect your privacy.
Your name, rating, move details, written experience, and uploaded photos are public. Do not include home addresses, phone numbers, payment details, identification documents, or private information about other people. Use only photos you have permission to share.
No email or SMS verification.
Choose a company, enter your name and move details, select a rating, and describe your experience. You may add up to three photos. You do not need to verify an email address or phone number to submit a review.
Reporting and moderation.
Use the Report review button beside a customer review or a source snapshot. Choose the reason and add context if helpful. The report is sent privately to the administrator; a report does not automatically remove the review.
The administrator can remove reviews that violate these guidelines. A low rating or criticism alone is not a reason to remove a review. Keep reports focused on specific content rather than a disagreement with someone’s opinion.
Source snapshots are labeled.
Selected summaries from other platforms name their source and original reviewer. They are separate from reviews submitted directly to ReviewMyMover. See our ratings explanation to understand how stored source scores contribute to the displayed averages.
